These teaser trailers played before each fight. It not only works as a promotional video for the fight, but the crowd really gets into more when they see their fighter on screen and start cheering them on.
With the knockouts I once again get help from our voice man Leo while I created all the graphics you see along with editing the footage. The knockouts play after our teaser and have a countdown at the end to start the event.
This video was fun because I use the song "Welcome To The Jungle" and cut my graphics to the speed of the song.
For SCS#29 I found a Thunderstruck remix for my background music and I added some Thunder sound effects for added effect.
One of three videos running on three TVs in the Casino's cafe for their digital menu. This was fun because when we found out we could use video for our TVs we started coming up with all kinds of ideas of things we could put in the background. We ended up using flames that fade in and out and a car that would go back and forth at the bottom.
All commercials were originally designed to air on TV. Ticket sales determined wether we ran the commercials or not. I designed all of the visual portion of the commercials and our radio voice guy Leo delivered some great audio. You'll see that we are using the same format for all of our commercials. By not stretching the video to the width of the screen, we free'd up a lot of space to put the date and tickets information at the top and bottom. The rotation of the video portion adds an unusual, but attractive appearance that we can then use the space created to put our logos. Top everything off by putting a static image of the artist(s) over the video and everything comes together quite nicely.
The videos that I am inserting into the commercials are usually not provided to us by the artist. I would have to hunt down any video that I could find on the internet. Once I find a few videos I like, I end up editing them all together to create nice little 15 second segment.
Sara Evans is one of the best looking videos I put together. It makes my job really easy when I can find HD music videos on the internet to download. This particular 15 second commercial is a combination of at least 3 different music videos I edited together of Sara's.
This commercial features a re-designed from our typical format. We introuduce our signature wave at the bottom with a water graphic overlaying it.
Just one of the many videos that play on our giant video sign outside.
The following extra wide videos were played on an old video sign we had outside. The video sign is one you would see in front of a bank, but heck if I didn't find a way to play moving videos on them.
Part of my overall campaign for the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve. For the commercial, I chopped up photos into 3D layers to add more depth.
Cartoon I created for a final project for my animation class in college.
Short Flash animation that is part of my overall campaign for Feather Fest.
